Leases - Complete Copies. A complete list of the Leases is contained in Exhibit C hereto. Pursuant to Section 6.2 hereof, Seller has made available to Buyer true, complete and accurate copies of all of the Leases. The Leases are all of the agreements affecting the use or occupation of the Property between third parties and Seller, the Leases are in full force and effect and there are no written or oral promises, understandings or commitments by Seller or, to Seller’s knowledge, by any other party, with any Tenant other than as set forth in such Leases.
Leases - Complete Copies. The Leases made available to Buyer pursuant to Section 6.1 hereof are complete and accurate copies of all of the Leases currently in effect with respect to the Properties, and there are no written or oral promises, understandings or commitments with Tenants other than as set forth in such Leases as delivered to Buyer.
