Common use of Leases on the Property Clause in Contracts

Leases on the Property. There are no existing leases on the Property that would negatively impact the Grantee’s ability to exercise its rights under this Option Agreement, or other rights of occupancy or possession that would interfere with the Grantee’s rights under this Option Agreement or be superior to any leasehold interest of Grantee under the Ground Lease Agreement entered into if Grantee sends the Owner a Notice of Exercise hereunder.
