Common use of Leases or Other Agreements Clause in Contracts

Leases or Other Agreements. Except for Facility Leases listed in Schedule 5.5(a), there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any Person the right to purchase, use or occupy any Facility or the Leased Real Property, or any portion thereof or interest therein (other than Permitted Encumbrances).

Leases or Other Agreements. Except for Facility Leases listed in on Schedule 5.5(a)5.6(b) and as contemplated by the Transactions, there are no material leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangementsagreements, written or oral, granting to any Person person the right to purchase, use or occupy any Facility or the Leased any Owned Real Property, or any portion thereof or interest therein (other than Permitted Encumbrances).

Except for Facility Leases listed in on Schedule 5.5(a)4.6, there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any Person the right to purchase, use or occupy any Facility Facility, or any real property in connection with the Leased Real Property, Business or any portion thereof or interest therein (other than Permitted Encumbrances)in any such Facility or real property.

Except for Facility Leases listed in Schedule 5.5(a)DISCLOSURE SCHEDULE 4.5, there are no leases, subleases, licenses, occupancy agreements, options, rights, concessions or other agreements or arrangements, written or oral, granting to any Person person the right to purchase, use or occupy any Facility Facility, or any real property of the Leased Real Property, Company or any portion thereof or interest therein (other than Permitted Encumbrances)in any such Facility or real property.
