Common use of Leases/Subordination Agreements and Estoppels Clause in Contracts

Leases/Subordination Agreements and Estoppels. Copies of all Leases, which shall be satisfactory to Lender and certified by Borrower to be true, complete and accurate, together with (i) an estoppel certificate executed by the tenant under each Lease in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender, and (ii) a subordination, nondisturbance and attornment agreement executed by each such tenant in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Lender.
