Common use of Leasing Commission Clause in Contracts

Leasing Commission. Landlord and Tenant each represent and warrant to the other that neither of them has employed any broker in carrying on the negotiations relative to this Lease. Landlord and Tenant shall each indemnify and hold harmless the other from and against any claim or claims for brokerage or other commission arising from or out of any breach of the foregoing representation and warranty.

Leasing Commission. Landlord and Tenant shall each agree to indemnify and hold save each other harmless the other from and against any claim or claims and all claims, suits, liabilities, costs, judgments and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, for brokerage any leasing commissions or other commission arising commissions, fees, charges or payments resulting from or arising out of any breach of the foregoing representation and warrantytheir respective actions in connection with this Lease.
