Least Restrictive Environments. In compliance with the Idaho Special Education Manual and as identified on each student’s IEP, CTEA will provide special education and related services to eligible students in the Least Restrictive Environment (LRE). Depending on the needs of individual students, the LRE will be CTEA, another local school district site (if contract agreement is made), or other alternative site.
