LEED Action Plan. During the Pre-Design Phase of the Project, the Design Professional shall prepare and submit to the Owner a LEED Action Plan outlining a strategy of how the Design Professional proposes to accomplish each of the Prerequisites and the Credits identified on the LEED Checklist. The LEED Action Plan shall include a list of the responsible parties along with their assigned roles for each credit identified in the Certification Checklist.
