Common use of Legal Action/Attorneys' Fees Clause in Contracts

Legal Action/Attorneys' Fees. If any action at law or in equity is brought to enforce or interpret the provisions of this Agreement, the prevailing party shall be entitled to reasonable attorneys' fees in addition to any other relief to which he or she may be entitled. The Santa Xxxx County Superior shall have jurisdiction over any such action and that Court shall be authorized to determine which party is the prevailing party and what amount constitutes reasonable attorneys' fees to be awarded to the prevailing party.
