Common use of Legal Agreements Clause in Contracts

Legal Agreements. The representations and warranties given by the Current Issuer in the Legal Agreements are true and accurate, and the description of the Legal Agreements as set out in the Prospectus is materially complete and accurate. Unless otherwise indicated, the representations and warranties set out in this Clause 5 shall be made on the date of the Prospectus and, if different, the date of this Agreement.
