Legal and Administrative Costs. The Developer must pay all reasonable legal and administrative costs and expenses in relation to: (a) the negotiation, preparation and execution of this Agreement; and (b) any enforcement of the rights under this Agreement; and the Council may claim monies in payment of the legal and administrative costs from the Developer as a debt due and owing.
