Common use of Legal and Other Costs Clause in Contracts

Legal and Other Costs. Vendor and Purchaser shall bear its own fees and expenses in connection with the preparation for and completion of the transactions contemplated hereby, including, but not limited, to all fees and expenses of agents, brokers, investment bankers, advisers, representatives, counsels and accountants, and Vendor shall not, directly or indirectly, charge the Company, or otherwise seek reimbursement from the Company, for said fees and expenses.

Vendor and Purchaser The Sellers shall bear its their own fees and expenses in connection with the preparation for and completion of the transactions contemplated hereby, including, including but not limited, limited to all fees and expenses of agents, brokers, investment bankers, advisers, representatives, counsels and accountants, and Vendor the Sellers shall not, directly or indirectly, charge the Company, or otherwise seek reimbursement from the Company, for said fees and expenses. The Company shall not be liable to pay any broker fees.
