Legal and Other Fees and Expenses. In the event that a claim for payment or benefits under this Agreement is disputed, the Company shall pay all reasonable attorney, accountant and other professional fees and reasonable expenses incurred in such dispute unless the finder of fact determines that the Company is the prevailing party in such dispute.
