Legal and Other Fees. Subject to Sections 9.2, 9.3 and 14.11, each party shall pay its own expenses incurred in connection with this Agreement and the transaction contemplated hereby. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, each party shall bear the expense of its own counsel and consultants in connection with this transaction.
