Legal and Regulatory Compliance. The parties expressly acknowledge that it has been and continues to be their intent to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. It is not the purpose, nor is it a requirement of this Agreement or of any other agreement between the parties, to offer or receive any remuneration to induce or otherwise encourage the referral of any patient or to otherwise generate business for SRHS.
