Legal and Regulatory Compliance. The Custodian shall have no obligation to review, monitor or otherwise ensure compliance by the Fund with (i) any law, regulation, policy, restriction or guideline applicable to the Fund or the Fund assets, (ii) any term, restriction or guideline set forth in the Prospectus or Declaration of Trust; or (iii) any term or condition of any agreement between the Fund and any third party.
