Common use of Legal and Regulatory Compliance Clause in Contracts

Legal and Regulatory Compliance. At all times during the term of this Agreement, Contractor will comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations during its performance of all work contemplated by Exhibit A to this Agreement (“Work”). Contractor represents and warrants that it has all licenses or certificates required to perform the Work or has received waivers from such requirements. Contractor will insure that all subcontractors performing Work under this Agreement are properly licensed to perform such work. Contractor will provide District with all reasonable assistance in complying with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
