LEGAL CONSTRUCTION AND INTERPRETATIONS. This Order shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the principles of Federal Contract Law, and to the extent that Federal Contract Law is not dispositive, and the state law becomes applicable, the law of the State of Maryland shall apply.
