Common use of Legal Costs and Expenses Clause in Contracts

Legal Costs and Expenses. The Borrower shall within ten (10) Business Days of receipt of demand pay the Facility Agent, the Security Agent and the Arranger the amount of all costs and expenses reasonably incurred by any of them in engaging legal counsel (acting for the Arranger) in connection with the negotiation, preparation, printing and execution of: (a) this Agreement and any other documents referred to in this Agreement; and (b) any other Finance Documents executed after the date of this Agreement, provided that such costs and expenses shall be subject to any agreed caps.
