Legal defects. 1. In as far as rights of third parties prevent the contractual use of the product the Buyer shall inform the Seller without undue delay of the assertion of such rights of third parties and shall give the Seller all powers of attorney and grant all authorities required to defend the product against the rights of third parties asserted at its own costs.
