Legal Description and Survey. At least 5 days prior to Closing, Seller shall provide Buyer with the legal description of the Property as set forth in the 217 recorded declaration of condominium. If Buyer or Buyer's mortgagee desires a more recent or extensive survey, the survey shall be obtained at Buyer's expense. The 218 Parties may amend this Contract to attach a complete and correct legal description of the Property.
