Legal Description and Survey. At least 5 Business Days prior to Closing, Seller shall provide Buyer with a survey by a licensed land surveyor dated not more than 186 six months prior to the date of Closing, showing the present location of all improvements. If Buyer or Xxxxx’s mortgagee desires a more recent or extensive survey, the survey 187 shall be obtained at Buyer’s expense. The Parties may amend this Contract to attach a complete and correct legal description of the Property.
