Common use of Legal Disclosures Clause in Contracts

Legal Disclosures. A disclosure of Sensitive Brocade Information [*] (a) in response to a valid order by a court or other governmental body, or (b) otherwise required by law, will not be considered to be a breach of this Agreement or a waiver of confidentiality for other purposes; provided, however, that [*] will provide prompt written notice thereof to [*] to enable [*] to seek a protective order or otherwise prevent such disclosure and will cooperate with that party in seeking such protective order.
