Common use of Legal, Due Diligence and Documentation Expenses Clause in Contracts

Legal, Due Diligence and Documentation Expenses. Borrower shall pay to Lender concurrently with its execution and delivery of this Agreement Lender's legal, due diligence and documentation expenses in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and the Loan Documents, which amount shall not exceed Eight Thousand Dollars ($8,000) without the prior consent of Borrower.

Legal, Due Diligence and Documentation Expenses. Borrower shall pay to Lender concurrently with its execution and delivery of this Agreement an amount equal to Lender's actual legal (including in-house legal), due diligence and documentation expenses in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and the Loan Documents, which amount provided that Borrower's obligations under this Section 2.6(b) shall not exceed Eight Twelve Thousand Dollars ($8,000) without the prior consent of Borrower12,000).
