Legal, Due Diligence and Documentation Expenses. Concurrently with its execution and delivery of this Agreement, Co-Borrowers shall pay to Lender all of Lender’s reasonable legal, due diligence and documentation expenses in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and the Loan Documents.
