Legal, Due Diligence and Documentation Expenses. Concurrently with its execution and delivery of this Agreement, Borrower shall pay to Lender (from the Good Faith Deposit) Lender’s legal, due diligence and documentation expenses (“Lender’s Costs”) in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and the Loan Documents in an amount not to exceed Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000).
