Legal, Due Diligence and Documentation Expenses. Concurrently with its execution and delivery of this Agreement, Co-Borrowers shall pay to Lenders all of Lenders’ reasonable and documented legal, due diligence and documentation expenses in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and the Loan Documents.
