Common use of Legal, Due Diligence and Documentation Expenses Clause in Contracts

Legal, Due Diligence and Documentation Expenses. Borrower shall pay to Lenders concurrently with its execution and delivery of this Agreement the aggregate amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) for Lenders’ legal, due diligence and documentation expenses in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and the Loan Documents.

Legal, Due Diligence and Documentation Expenses. Borrower shall pay to Lenders concurrently with its execution and delivery of this Agreement the aggregate amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) for Lenders’ legal, due diligence and documentation expenses in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and the Loan Documents, which amount shall not exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000).

Borrower shall pay to Lenders Lenders, concurrently with its execution and delivery of this Agreement the aggregate amount of Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000) for Agreement, Lenders’ and Agent’s legal, due diligence and documentation expenses in connection with the negotiation and documentation of this Agreement and the Loan DocumentsDocuments in an amount not to exceed Fifteen Thousand Dollars ($15,000).
