Legal Expenses; Severability. The Company shall pay all costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, of the Company and, at least quarterly, the Employee, in connection with any legal proceedings, whether or not instituted by the IR Group (or any member thereof), relating to the interpretation or enforcement of this Agreement. In the event that the provisions of this paragraph shall be determined to be invalid or unenforceable in any respect, such declaration shall not affect the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
