Legal Fee. The Company shall pay to Grushko & ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, P.C., a fee of $5,000 (“Legal Fees”) as reimbursement for services rendered to the Subscribers in connection with this Agreement and the purchase and sale of the Notes (the “Offering”) and acting as Escrow Agent for the Offering. The Legal Fees will be payable out of the funds held pursuant to the Escrow Agreement.
