Legal Fees and Related Costs and Expenses. Any legal fees and other costs and expenses payable by the Company under Section 8 shall be paid within 30 days of the date the Company receives the xxxx therefore, and in any event the fees and other costs and expenses must be paid or reimbursed no later than the end of your taxable year next following the taxable year in which you incurred the legal fees or other costs and expenses.
