Legal Fees, Costs and Expenses. Pledgor further agrees to pay upon demand all Costs reasonably incurred by the Administrative Agent, or its successors or assigns, in connection with enforcing any of the rights or remedies of the Administrative Agent or its successors or assigns, under or with respect to this Agreement including, but not limited to, attorneys’ reasonable fees and the reasonable out-of-pocket expenses and disbursements of such attorneys.
