Common use of Legal Fees; Costs Clause in Contracts

Legal Fees; Costs. If either party is required to retain an attorney to bring suit against the other, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover reasonable attorney’s fees, costs of the action, and prejudgment interest on any amounts found to be due. This contract will be interpreted and enforced according to Nevada law without regard for conflicts of law principles. Xxxxx County, Nevada will be the sole and exclusive venue for the resolution of any action filed to enforce or interpret this Agreement.
