Legal Fees Incurred in Negotiating the Agreement. The Company shall pay or the Executive shall be reimbursed for the Executive’s reasonable legal fees and costs incurred in connection with this Agreement. Any payment required under this Section 11 shall be made within thirty (30) days following the Effective Date but in no event later than March 15 of the calendar year immediately following the Effective Date.
