Legal Fees Incurred in Negotiating this Agreement. The Company shall pay, or the Executive shall be reimbursed for, the legal fees incurred in negotiation and drafting this Agreement up to a maximum of $ 5,000 and such payment shall be made within forty five (45) days of the Effective Date.
