Legal Foundation. A. The Parties agree to file this Settlement Agreement with the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire along with a joint motion (the “Joint Motion”) requesting that the Court enter the Settlement Agreement as an order of the Court. The Joint Motion will also request that the Court retain jurisdiction to enforce the Settlement Agreement, in accordance with Section X. The Parties will cooperate in drafting the Joint Motion and agree to provide their best efforts to support the Joint Motion at any hearing or argument.
