Legal Liabilities and Covenants Not to Sue. The Academy and Academy Board members acknowledge and agree that they have no authority to extend the faith and credit of the University or to enter into a contract that would bind the University. The Academy also is limited in its authority to contract by the amount of funds obtained from the state school aid fund, as provided hereunder, or from other independent sources. The Academy and Academy Board members xxxxxx agrees and covenants not to sue the University Board, the University or any of its trustees, officers, employees, agents or representatives for any matters that arise under this Contract or otherwise. The University does not assume any obligation with respect to any Academy Director, employee, agent, parent, guardian, or independent contractor of the Academy, and no such person shall have the right or standing to bring suit against the University Board, the University or any of its Trustees, employees, agents, or independent contractors as a result of the issuing, termination or revocation of this Contract.
