(and Whether a Registered Organization); Jurisdiction of Organization; etc. Schedule 8.21 contains for each Credit Party, as of the Closing Date, (i) the exact legal name of such Credit Party, (ii) the type of organization of such Credit Party, (iii) whether or not such Credit Party is a registered organization, (iv) the jurisdiction of organization or incorporation of such Credit Party, (v) such Credit Party’s Location and (vi) the organizational identification or company registration number (if any) of such Credit Party to the extent required to be included on a UCC-1 financing statement. To the extent that such Credit Party does not have an organizational identification number on the Closing Date and later obtains one, such Credit Party shall promptly thereafter notify the Collateral Agent of such organizational identification number to the extent required to be included on a UCC-1 financing statement and shall take all actions reasonably satisfactory to the Collateral Agent to the extent necessary to maintain the security interest of the Collateral Agent in the Collateral intended to be granted pursuant to the Security Documents fully perfected and in full force and effect.
