Legal nature of relationship. Notwithstanding any other provision in this Agreement, nothing in this Agreement is intended to or will imply or be construed as a fiduciary obligation, or create a legal relationship of partnership or joint venture, or give either Party any right to act on behalf of or bind the other Party in any way, except as expressly permitted by this Agreement.
