Legal Opinions or Certificates. As part of the evidence to be furnished pursuant to Section 11.01 of these General Conditions, the Recipient shall furnish to the Administrator an opinion or opinions satisfactory to the Administrator of counsel acceptable to the Administrator or, if the Administrator so requests, a certificate satisfactory to the Administrator of a competent official of the Recipient, showing: (a) that the Trust Fund Grant Agreement has been duly authorized or ratified by, and executed and delivered on behalf of, the Recipient and is legally binding upon the Recipient in accordance with its terms; and (b) such other matters as shall be specified in the Trust Fund Grant Agreement or as shall be reasonably requested by the Administrator in connection therewith.
