Legal Processes. You understand and agree that we must comply if we are served with any notice of garnishment or of attachment, tax levy, withholding order, injunction, restraining order, search warrant, government agency request for information, forfeiture, seizure, subpoena, or other legal process relating to your account that we know or otherwise believe in good faith is valid, whether served in person, by mail, or by electronic notification, at any Credit Union branch. You direct us not to contest any such notice of legal process and understand that we are under no obligation to notify you of the legal process and will not notify you if prohibited by law. We may charge a legal processing fee, as set forth in our Schedule of Fees & Charges, and we may assess this fee against any account you maintain with us, including the account that is the subject of the legal process. You understand and agree that if a subpoena or legal process requires us to release information about an owner on an account, we must comply with such request and the information released pursuant to such subpoena or legal process may include information about other owners on the account, even if their information was not expressly requested by the subpoena or legal process. Severability: In the event that any portion of this Agreement is held by a court to be invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remainder of this Agreement shall not be invalid or unenforceable and will continue in full force and effect. All hearings are intended for reference only and are not to be construed as part of the Agreement.

Legal Processes. 1. A member shall be released for jury duty or processes directly related to jury duty without loss of pay or accumulated leave time. The member will continue on regular payroll. 2. A member will not experience loss of pay for absenteeism on days involving litigation initiated by or in behalf of the Board. Litigation not initiated by the Board and resulting in absenteeism of a member would result in a loss of pay for that member after available leave days were used except as provided in "3" below. 3. A member shall be granted up to three (3) non-cumulative leave days during a school year to make officially required appearances before governmental agencies, provided that the board may intervene to attempt to schedule such appearances so as not to interfere with or disrupt the member's instructional schedule, and provided that the Board may grant such additional leave days under extenuating circumstances.

Legal Processes. If the Executive is requested pursuant to, or required by, applicable law, regulation or legal process to disclose any of the Confidential Information, the Executive will notify the Company immediately so that the Company may seek a protective order or other appropriate remedy. If no such protective order or other remedy is obtained, or the Company waives compliance with the terms of Section 5, the Executive or the representative will furnish only that portion of the Confidential Information which the Executive or the representatives are advised in writing or orally by counsel to the Company is legally required and will exercise reasonable efforts to obtain reliable assurance that confidential treatment will be accorded the Confidential Information.

Legal Processes. Host and its affiliates, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, agents, joint venturers, employees, and representatives may comply with any writ of attachment, execution, garnishment, tax levy, restraining order, subpoena, warrant or other legal process, which Host reasonably and in good faith believes to be valid. Host may notify Client of such process by electronic communication unless specifically ordered not to effect such notice. Host may charge Client for costs associated with any legal process fees upon mutual agreement.

Legal Processes. The Authority is under no liability to pay interest pursuant to this policy for any period after a Contractor has filed a claim, given notice of an intention to file a claim or commenced legal action seeking any payment of interest; interest during such period shall only be paid as directed by the court in accordance with such other provisions of law as may be applicable.

Legal Processes. Host and its affiliates, service providers, and their respective officers, directors, agents, joint venturers, employees, and representatives may comply with any writ of attachment, execution, garnishment, tax levy, restraining order, subpoena, warrant or other legal process, which Host reasonably and in good faith believes to be valid. Host may notify Client of such process by electronic communication unless specifically ordered not to effect such notice. Host may charge Client for associated costs, in addition to any legal process fees. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold Host harmless from all actions, claims, liabilities, losses, costs, attorney’s fees, or damages associated with Host’s compliance with any process that Host reasonably believes in good faith to be valid.

Legal Processes. 7.1 If LAERDAL (or any Affiliate of LAERDAL) receives a Legal Process requiring disclosure of Customer Personal Data to a Public Body, LAERDAL shall : (i) promptly notify Customer and provide a copy of the Legal Process unless legally prohibited from doing so; and (ii) give Customer conduct of the response to the Legal Process unless legally prohibited from doing so. 7.2 Where LAERDAL is prohibited under applicable laws from taking the steps described in section 7.1, it shall instead (i) take reasonable steps to assess the lawfulness of the Legal Process; and (ii) conduct any required disclosure to the extent reasonably possible in compliance with the Data Protection Legislation and in accordance with the terms of the Standard Contractual Clauses. 7.3 LAERDAL undertakes that neither it nor any Affiliate of LAERDAL has taken any steps to deliberately facilitate access to Customer Personal Data (including systems on which Customer Personal Data is Processed) by any Public Body, including (without limitation) by: (a) 7.3.1 creating back-doors or similar programming that provide a mechanism for a Public Body to access Customer Personal Data (b) 7.3.2 changing its business processes with the express intention of facilitating access to Customer Personal Data, other than to the extent required to do so by applicable laws.

Legal Processes. If any legal action is brought against your account, the Credit Union may accept and act upon it without any liability by us to you. According to the type of legal process served upon us, we may refuse to pay out any money from your account until the dispute is resolved or may pay out funds according to the terms of the legal action. "Legal processes" include subpoenas, garnishments, levies, restraining orders, warrants, attachments or other similar orders relating to your account. If the Credit Union incurs any expenses or attorney fees in responding to a legal process, such expenses may be charged against your account without prior notice to you, unless prohibited by law. Any legal process against your account is subject to the Credit Union’s lien and security interest, and we may charge a legal action processing fee against your account as set forth in the Fee Schedule.

Legal Processes. If the Receiving Party is required by law, regulation or the rules of a national stock exchange to disclose Confidential Information, it shall give the Disclosing Party timely written notice of such requirement before disclosing any such information and shall cooperate with the Disclosing Party to seek a protective order, confidential treatment or other appropriate measures to limit the extent of disclosure.
