LEGAL RECOURSE. In the event the USER violates any of the terms or conditions of this Agreement, COUNTY shall have, in addition to any other legal recourse, the right to terminate this Agreement and obtain possession of the entire Authorized Area, and to remove and exclude the USER there from, all without service of notice or resort and without any legal liability on its part.
