Legal References. This Agreement governs the wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment of employees within the bargaining unit. The provisions of this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with, and be subject to, the provisions of Chapter 4117 of the Ohio Revised Code. Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code 4117.10 (A), where this Agreement makes no specification about a matter, the Employer and employee are subject to all applicable state laws pertaining to the wages, hours, terms and conditions of employment for public employees.
