Legal References. A. Unless otherwise indicated, the terms used in this Agreement shall be interpreted in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 4117 of the Revised Code. Where this Agreement makes no specification about a matter, the Employer, employees and the Association are subject to all applicable federal, state or local laws pertaining to the wages, hours, and terms and conditions of employment for public employees. However, said laws are not incorporated into this Agreement.
