Common use of Legal Representation and Legal Expenses Clause in Contracts

Legal Representation and Legal Expenses. Both parties acknowledge the import of this Agreement. Xx. Xxxxxx has had the opportunity to retain counsel to review the Agreement and to participate in the negotiation of its terms and language. If Xx. Xxxxxx retains counsel, Ur-Energy will reimburse Xx. Xxxxxx on demand for all reasonable out-of-pocket expenses incurred by him for his reasonable independent legal counsel and services in connection with the negotiation, drafting and signature of this Agreement. Such reimbursements shall be made no later than sixty (60) days after such expenses are incurred and shall be subject to such other further provisions as set forth in Section 4.15 of this Agreement.
