Legal Representation of Administrative Agent. In connection with the negotiation, drafting, and execution of this Agreement and the other Loan Documents, or in connection with future legal representation relating to loan administration, amendments, modifications, waivers, or enforcement of remedies, King & Spalding, LLP (“K&S”) only has represented and only will represent Xxxxx Fargo in its capacity as Administrative Agent and as a Lending Party and Xxxxx Fargo Securities, LLC in its capacity as the “left lead” Arranger. Each other Lending Party hereby acknowledges that K&S does not represent it in connection with any such matters
