If either party to this Agreement receives a subpoena or other validly issued administrative or judicial process demanding Confidential Information, it shall promptly notify the other party of such receipt and tender to it the defense of such demand. After providing such notification, the party receiving the notice shall be entitled to comply with such subpoena or other process to the extent required or permitted by Law. Notwithstanding the fact that a portion of Confidential Information is or may become non-confidential, each party's obligations under this Agreement will continue to apply to all other Confidential Information.
