Legal Requirements. The Transfer of any Partnership Interests pursuant to this Agreement shall be subject to compliance with all applicable state and federal securities laws, and each Partner agrees without additional consideration to do all necessary things reasonably requested by the Partnership in connection therewith, the reasonable expenses of such to be paid by the Selling Partner or the Former Partner, as the case may be.
