No law, injunction, judgment or ruling, enacted, promulgated, issued, entered, amended or enforced by any Governmental Authority shall be in effect enjoining, restraining, preventing or prohibiting the consummation of the transactions contemplated hereby or the documents or instruments delivered pursuant hereto or making such transactions illegal.
