Legal Risks. The Parties acknowledge and agree that Licensee faces certain legal risk which include, but are not limited to, the following: (a) Licensee and its suppliers or vendors, including Licensor, could be subject to criminal prosecution at any time by United States or other Governmental Authority; (b) United States or other Governmental Authority may take actions to stop, hinder, delay or harm Licensee or take other actions that would be detrimental to Licensee; and (c) This Agreement may be deemed void for illegality in whole or in material part.
