Legal Structure and Constitutional Documents. The Administrative Agent shall be reasonably satisfied with the corporate and legal structure of each Loan Party, including the terms and conditions of the charter, bylaws and each class of capital stock of each Loan Party and of each agreement or instrument relating to such structure.
