Common use of LEGAL TITLE TO PARTNERSHIP PROPERTY Clause in Contracts

LEGAL TITLE TO PARTNERSHIP PROPERTY. Legal title to the property of the Partnership shall be held in the name of "^ABCD Associates" or in such other name or manner as the Partners acting in accordance with Section 8 shall determine. It is contemplated that the Partners may agree to have title to Partnership Property taken and held in their own names or in the names of trustees or nominees for the Partnership, but such manner of holding title shall be solely for the convenience of the Partnership and all such property shall be treated as Partnership Property subject to the terms of this Agreement.
