Common use of LEGAL TITLE TO THE AIRCRAFT Clause in Contracts

LEGAL TITLE TO THE AIRCRAFT. Legal title to the Aircraft shall remain in the Owner at all times. All attachments, accessories, repairs, remodeling and renewals shall become a part thereof and be the property of Owner. Lessee agrees to place on the exterior or interior of the Aircraft such labels, tags or other notifications of Owner’s ownership thereof as may be required by applicable law and other governmental rules and regulations.
